You will be given instructions at that time
on how to login to a session.


We are pleased to provide remote support services for your PC.

Please note the following requirements:
PC must be in functioning condition.
You must have an active internet connection.

In many cases, problems with your PC can be diagnosed
and even repaired with a remote support session.
This can save travel time by eliminating an on-site service call
and get your problems solved faster.

Some examples:
Virus & Malware detection and removal
Disk maintenance
Software installation, configuration, and updates
Email client configuration

We can even help with basic software training for common applications.

Remote Support Fees
First 30 minutes (minimum charge): $35.00
Additional time billable in 15 minute increments: $17.50

Payment method and billing information will be requested
when Remote Support Session is scheduled.
We are happy to accept all major credit cards.
