Please note the following requirements:| PC must be in functioning condition. |
| You must have an active internet connection. |
In many cases, problems with your PC can be diagnosed
and even repaired with a remote support session.
This can save travel time by eliminating an on-site service call
and get your problems solved faster.
Some examples:
| Virus & Malware detection and removal |
| Disk maintenance |
| Software installation, configuration, and updates |
| Email client configuration |
We can even help with basic software training for common applications.
| First 30 minutes (minimum charge): $35.00 |
| Additional time billable in 15 minute increments: $17.50 |
when Remote Support Session is scheduled.
